As a subscriber: your name, email, organization, and payment information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe handles all payment data.

As a lead source: contact information of individuals who submit interest forms through our advertising channels (e.g. name, phone, email, ZIP). This information is delivered to subscribers with whom we have a contractual relationship.

2. How we use information

• To fulfill subscription orders and deliver leads
• To process payments and prevent fraud
• To operate, secure, and improve the service
• To send transactional and service-related notifications

3. We do not

• Track your customers' conversion outcomes or revenue from leads we deliver
• Sell subscriber data to third parties
• Share lead data with parties other than the subscriber to whom it was assigned

4. Service providers

We rely on Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting / database providers. These vendors process limited data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

5. Data retention

We retain subscriber account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support disputes, accounting, and legal obligations. Lead contact data is retained as needed to deliver and audit assignments and replacements.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the address in your account.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected parties of confirmed security incidents in accordance with applicable law.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy with notice posted on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
