Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-01

Funds are non-refundable

Wallet purchases — whether one-off top-ups or auto-recharges — are non-refundable. When you add funds, we use those funds to source leads on your behalf, including ad spend that is committed in advance and is not recoverable. Once a wallet purchase is processed, the amount paid is final.

Replacements (not refunds)

If a delivered lead is materially defective — for example, the contact number is disconnected, the information is fabricated, or the lead falls outside your declared service area — you may request a replacement through your account. Approved replacements result in revocation of the original assignment and a make-good delivered as part of your next week's order. Replacements are issued in lead inventory, not as a refund of funds.

Service-availability make-goods

If your subscription's weekly minimum is not met for two consecutive weeks, we will pause the affected subscription and notify you. Where appropriate, we may issue a make-good in the form of additional lead delivery in subsequent weeks. Any such adjustment is at our discretion and is not provided as a wallet refund.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal of your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current weekly cycle. Funds already debited or committed during the current cycle are not refunded. Your remaining wallet balance stays in your account and can be applied to future subscriptions or one-off purchases at any time, without expiry.

Disputed Stripe charges

If you initiate a chargeback against a wallet top-up, your account may be suspended pending resolution. If the chargeback is upheld in your favor by Stripe, the corresponding funds will be removed from your wallet. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where chargebacks are issued for funds that have already been spent on lead delivery.

Local consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by contract. Contact your account representative if you believe a refund is required by law.
