1. Service overview
PrimeLeads is a lead-generation service. We source contact information for prospective customers and deliver them to subscribers ("you") according to weekly subscription orders placed through our marketplace.
2. Subscription mechanics
Subscriptions run on weekly cycles. You set a target lead count, a minimum lead floor, and a weekly spend cap in Australian dollars. We deliver leads gradually through the week up to your target, subject to availability. Cancelling a subscription stops auto-renewal at the end of the current week; the current week's commitment continues to deliver as paid.
3. Wallet
Funds are added to your wallet through Stripe and used to pay for leads. Each lead has its own price in Australian dollars, set at the time the lead enters our inventory. Wallet balances do not expire. Wallet funds are non-refundable except as expressly described in our Refund Policy.
4. Lead exclusivity
Each lead delivered to you is exclusive — we do not sell the same lead to other subscribers. You may use the lead for your own commercial outreach in accordance with applicable law and the contact's stated preferences.
5. Replacements
You may request a replacement for a delivered lead within a reasonable period if it is unreachable, contains demonstrably false information, is a duplicate, or is outside your declared service area. Approved replacements result in revocation of the original assignment and, where applicable, a make-good in next week's delivery.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share leads outside your organization
- Use leads in a manner that violates applicable telemarketing, anti-spam, or data-protection laws
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access our service outside its intended interfaces
- Misrepresent your identity to obtain leads not intended for you
7. Service availability
We aim to fulfill weekly minimums but do not guarantee any specific lead volume. Persistent under-delivery may result in the affected subscription being paused with notice, and may include a discretionary make-good in subsequent weeks.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount actually paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the marketplace. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice where practicable. Termination does not refund wallet balances.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms with notice posted on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
